Enrique F. Pelaez is the Chairman of the Board of SQL*Wizard, Inc. as well as the Chairman of the Board of dB Wizards and Kubayan Summit Farms, Inc., Director of EP Ranch, Inc., Managing Director of Mindanao Development Bank, a subsidiary of Equitable PCI Bank, and President of MDB Land, Inc. He was formerly President of ASI Securities, Inc., Registered Investment Advisor of Shearson Lehman Brohs. and E. F. Hutton & Co. He also served as Director of Far East Chemco Leasing & Finance Co., Deputy General Manager of Chemical Bank, Manila OBU. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics graduate from Ateneo de Manila University and MBA from University of San Francisco.

Dinah R. Salonga has had over twenty years experience in the Information Technology industry. She was the Treasurer and Marketing Director of SQL*Wizard before she became the managing director. She was formerly the Product Sales and Marketing Manager of Oracle Phils., Inc. She was awarded the Pre-Sales Engineer of the Year for Asia Pacific at the Oracle Asia-Pacific Club Excellence '96 in Bali, Indonesia; and given recognition as the Top Sales Achiever and Employee of the Year of Oracle Phils., Inc. for Fiscal Year 1995. She is a Cum Laude graduate of Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of the Philippines at Los Baños.

Gil S. Hermoso is a Director of the Board and is also Chairman and CEO of JPH Realty Inc., Corporate Secretary of United States Engineering Corporation (USECo) and Liberty Savings and Loan. He is a Bachelor of Arts graduate from de la Salle University.

Alberto F. Hermoso is a Director of the Board and is concurrently the Technology Director of SQL*Wizard, Inc. He was the former Sales Consulting Manager of Oracle Phils., Inc. and Database Administrator of Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate and received his MS in Computer Science from Ateneo de Manila University.

Antonio D. Lasala is a Director of the Board and concurrently manages Finance and Administration department of SQL*Wizard, Inc. and is a Consultant of Six Sigma Consulting. He currently acts as the Managing Director of sister company, DB Wizard. He was formerly CFO of Oracle Phils., Inc. and General Manager of Continental Airlines/Trans Pacific Air Services Corporation. He also served as Senior Vice President of American Express Travel Services/PCI Travel Corporation. A CPA, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accountancy from De La Salle University and his MBA from Eastern Michigan University.

Ava Engel has had over 25 years of shipping experience handling various aspects of the business including Sales & marketing of freight business, passage, branch operations, human resource, information technology, public relations, and retail network . With a degree of Economics from St. Paul College, she is presently the Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of SuperFerry Group under Aboitiz Transport System.

Lilian P. Cariaso's two and a half decades' stint in the Aboitiz Group of Companies has led her to where she sits now as Aboitiz Transport Group's Senior Vice President & CFO. A CPA by profession, she graduated Summa Cum Laude in BSC - major in Accounting from the University of San Carlos and was a College Scholar when she took her Masters in Business Management at the University of the Philippines, Cebu City.
