LBC, the pioneer in the courier business and the leading money remittance company in the Philippines, will soon mark another milestone through the roll-out of Information Express Delivery Service (Information Express).
Information Express is LBC’s response to intelligently managing the vast amount of business data brought about by their ever-growing offerings and customer base. It is a system that integrates access to information anytime, anywhere. It provides the company a deeper understanding of its customers, partners, and even their own products and services by simply looking at the end result of the processed data. It also allows its management and staff to do ad hoc reports instantaneously instead of manually producing specific reports one by one.
This project is collaboration between LBC and IT industry giants, Oracle and IBM. Its chosen system integrator and implementation partner is SQL*Wizard.
